Our Living Seas

Fiji

AN UNDERWATER KALEIDOSCOPE I

When I think of beautiful reefs with lots of colorful fish and soft corals, Fiji always comes to mind. Bathed in cooler nutrient rich currents, its coral gardens and other marine life flourish. No wonder it is known as The Soft Coral Capital of the World. Colorful reefs, shallow lagoons, sharks, rays, pelagics, wall diving, white sandy beaches and friendly locals all add up to a great destination for divers. One dive in Fiji and you will understand why this natural resource needs protection.
